Danny Boyle is a genius.

Shallow Grave is humour at its blackest. Trainspotting is bloody good, there's no denying that. 28 Days Later is one of the best horror films of the past decade, and 28 Weeks Later (which he 'merely' produced) the best horror sequel. Sunshine is a visually brilliant film marred only by a messy and mediocre ending.

Hell, even The Beach was entertaining!

But Slumdog Millionaire is storytelling perfection. This is not a film, this is a miracle. A stunning achievement.
