Or is it a Rural Structure?

This Urban Forest, supposedly to be built in Chongqing, China, is, as of yet, a concept design. Each floor features copious amounts of garden space so as to re-introduce greenery into the cityscape and some of the floors are completely open, containing only plant life in lieu of the residential and office space on the enclosed floors. And while there is so much wrong with it on an architectural, constructional and practical level (China is rather prone to earthquakes, no? And where do the tree roots go?) it does look absolutely stunning.

I'd take the risk of horrible, painful death and live there anyway.
