Audiovisuality.

It's funny how music and books attach themselves to eachother in your head. By this I mean that hearing a certain song can conjure up images of a book you read once while hearing that song.

For example. While I was reading Tolkien's The Lord Of The Rings a few years back, I had this one cd in my cd player, and I had it on repeat, all the bloody time. Now, to this day, whenever I hear a song from that particular album, I can't help but think of Frodo, Sam, Gandalf, etc. The two are inextricably linked in my head. I've noticed that with other cd's and books, too.

Ok, so maybe it ain't exactly funny. Interesting, then? Ah, shut the fuck up.
