If I did it.

O.J. Simpson. Orenthal James. American Football hero. So-so actor. Loving father and (ex)husband. Star of the best reality shows ever aired: the Trial. Some time ago the man decided to write a book. Not a book about doing a victory dance after scoring a touchdown at the Superbowl. Not even a book about how to write an acceptance speech for when you win an Acadamy Award (ahem).

No no.

A book about how he would have killed his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend, Ron Goldman, had he done it.

The world. Has gone. Insane!

Let's not even touch upon the distastefulness of describing, in detail, the murder the entire world knows you committed. In fact, let's give him the benefit of the doubt (hey, a jury of his peers did, so why can't we?), and say he didn't do it. Even then, isn't it rather distasteful, nay, disturbing even, to give a detailed and graphic account of the murder of your own children's mother? Who was actually brutally murdered!?

I say, have the fucker declared legally insane. Let him bullshit his way out of that one.

Cheers

Totally disgusting. Fox (or whichever stupid station it was) cut the two-part show, didn't they? There was huge negative publicity surrounding it. And I don't think the book's being released anymore either. I haven't really followed the story. Last I heard a rare copy was sold on EBay for $9,000 or something. Ugh

Was it Fox? Would not surprise me one bit if it was.

And you're correct, both the book and the tv-special have been cancelled. They've come to their senses.
